Little Orange artists have a broad range of practices; spanning drawing, painting, ceramics, sculpture and performance. The purpose of the studio is to provide a platform for artists with disability, d/Deaf and Hard of Hearing and/or Disabled Creatives to develop and launch their career.
Currently the Studio is at capacity. You may be contacted once spaces become available. Potential artists will be invited for an interview, followed by a 3 week in-studio placement, upon which you may be offered a Studio position.

Studio criteria includes:
– A demonstrated commitment to developing an artistic practice. – A commitment to Studio activities and the Campbelltown Arts Centre program. – Artists who live in Western Sydney, prioritising the Macarthur region.
More Studio details: – The Studio takes place at CAC Thursday and Friday, 10am-3pm, with a 1 hour lunch break. – Little Orange studio is supported by two staff members in the role of a Coordinator and Studio Assistant. Individual attendees are not supervised during break times or outside Studio hours. – Studio activity is artist-led and self-devised. – The Studio provides basic materials, including drawing, painting and clay equipment. Artists may need to arrange specialised material relevant to their practice, like resin, canvas or speciality paper. – There is currently no cost in attending the Studio. – Artists are to arrange transport to and from the Studio.
