The Arts Centre can accommodate everything from meetings to major conferences, film shoots, commercial photography, product launches, workshops, team building days and various private hire functions and events.

We use an online booking and enquiry system to manage bookings. You will need to be registered to make a booking through our system.
If you haven't already registered, please Register and enter your details. Once your registration is verified you will be able to log in, create new bookings and manage any existing bookings.
Complete your booking
Using the online booking system, follow the prompts to complete your tentative booking. Attach any Public Liability Insurance or relevant documentation (if applicable).

Whilst the Arts Centre is open daily from 10am to 4pm, venue hire is possible between the times of 8.30am to 4pm (earlier and later times , outside of operating hours will incur additional fees.
What happens after I have submitted an enquiry or online booking request?
- You will be contacted by our Customer Service team to discuss the cost and availability details and to confirm the date of your booking
- You will receive all paperwork along with your invoice to make the payment.
The Art Café is our exclusive catering partner so please contact them directly for your catering needs once you have confirmed your venue booking. They can be contact either via their website or at info@art-cafe.com.au.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I view the venue before I book?
Yes. Please call Customer Service on 02 4645 4100 to organise a viewing. Viewings are held on weekdays, between 9.30am and 2pm subject to availability.
What are the minimum hire periods?
Half Day: 4 minimum hours
Full day: above 4 hours

How do I book a venue?
To book a venue, you are required to use our online booking system. To book a hall, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Using our booking system, review the availability calendar to ensure availability
- Prior to booking the venue, ensure you have registered and created an account
- Select the venue that you would like to hire and click book
- Follow the prompts to complete your tentative booking
- Our Customer Service team will contact you to finalise your booking
Please note: This is a tentative booking and not a confirmed booking. All bookings are reviewed and confirmed by our Customer Service Team.
When is the earliest or latest I can book a venue?
Whilst the Arts Centre is open daily from 10am to 4pm, venue hire is possible between the times of 8.30am to 4pm (earlier and later times , outside of operating hours will incur additional fees.
How do I pay?
10% of the hire fees are due within 7 days of the booking confirmation.
Full payment for the venue, any staff and resources fees and bond (if applicable) is required at least 28 days prior to your event.
Payments can be made by credit card, EFTPOS or BPAY through our online booking system. Payment details will be listed on your invoice once the booking has been confirmed.
Please note that we do not take payments over the phone or at the reception counter for bookings.
Can I organise catering?
The Art Café is our exclusive catering partner so please contact them directly for your catering needs once you have confirmed your venue booking. They can be contact either via their website or at info@art-cafe.com.au.
Can I decorate the venue?
Decorations are limited to the tables. Decorations are not permitted on the walls, windows or ceilings.
Note: Candles that may cause activation of the venue smoke alarm are not permitted. If failure to do so, the hirer will be liable for the invoice and additional fees such as but not limited to Fire Brigade or electrical contractor call out fees.
All items must be removed at the end of the agreed hire period.
If I am planning an event with alcohol, what do I need to do?
When hiring a venue where alcohol will be consumed, Council appointed security guards are required. Security is required at commencement of the function up until the end of the hire period.
You will be required to ‘Register my Party’ on the NSW Police Force website.
How will the venue be set up?
Our website list the capacities for seating and tables, so when booking you need to make sure that the size of the venue is right for you. The chairs and tables we provide are the limit for each venue.
Am I allowed to go into the facility early or stay later?
You must not enter the venue before your booking commencement time, and you must vacate the venue by your booking end time.
If you require additional time to set up the venue for your event you will need to include that time in your booking
How do I change my booking?
You can change your booking via the online booking system or by contacting Customer Service on 02 4646 4100.
We require all changes at least 7 days prior to your event date.
How do I cancel my booking?
Cancellation of a booking must be made via the online booking system or by contacting Campbelltown Arts Centre on cacvenues@campbellltown.nsw.gov.au
- Less than 28 days but more than 14 days prior to the event, the hirer shall forfeit 50% of your venue hire fee
- Between 14 days and 7 days prior to the event, the hirer shall forfeit 70% of the venue hire fee.
- Less than 7 days prior to the event, the hirer shall forfeit 100% of the venue hire fee.
- Less than 72 hours before the event, the hirer shall forfeit 100%of the venue hire fee, staff fees, equipment costs and any other costs arising from the agreement.
How do I let you know if the venue has been damaged or if maintenance is required?
Any damaged or faulty equipment or furniture must be reported by contacting Customer Service on 02 4646 4100.
