Campbelltown Arts Centre and Art Cafe will be closed on the Anzac Day public holidays (25 and 27 April).
Imogen Jade’s paintings are populated with cocktails, unicorns, butterflies and the inside of cabinets. Jade has a keen interest in glitz, pop culture and 90s sitcoms, like Will and Grace and The Nanny. In 2024 Imogen collaborated with Australian design icon Jenny Kee launching an editioned scarf and appearing in the CAC exhibition ‘My brilliant sophisticated spontaneous scarf adventure and journey’. In 2020, Imogen worked with Jessica Pound on amenity screens at Campbelltown’s Eagle Farm Park and was commissioned to create sidewalk light designs as part of Campbelltown City Council’s On Q Queen Street Activation. In 2018, she partnered with Shopfront Theatre to transform the cafe at Lurnea High School with a large mural and helped CAC celebrate their 30th Anniversary with ‘Creamy Bar’, a cocktail bar filled with custom recipes. ‘Creamy Bar’ also featured at Sydney Contemporary (2019) and the opening night of Justene William’s She Conjured the Clouds (2020).
