Tertiary students and early career artists are invited to join our gallery floor talks and panel discussion with artists currently on exhibition at CAC.

The morning talks focus on exhibitions 'Budjari Mudjingaal' and 'Friends Annual', and include panel discussion with local artists Natalie Valiente, Susan Murphy, Peta O’Halloran and more.

Our panel unpacks the many ways of making art, being an artist, and generating income from your art. Considerations of saleability, commercial products, commissions, to setting personal boundaries and protecting your rights, our Tertiary Talks session provides practical and accessible entry points for those looking to thrive and survive with their art-making.
