Creative Careers Expo 2023

Morning session: 9am – 1:30pm
Afternoon session: 1:30pm – 3:30pm
‘Behind the Arts’ after-school session: 3:30pm – 4:30pm

Campbelltown Art Centre’s annual Creative Careers Expo for high school students and emerging creatives offers a packed program of talks with artists and creative professionals, alongside stalls, live music, and breakout workshops from leading tertiary institutions, artists and the CAC team.

Campbelltown Arts Centre is committed to supporting arts learning and post-school pathways, providing inspiration and understanding of diverse career paths in the creative industries.

This is a free event for school age young people and job seekers.

9am – Registrations open
9:30am – 10:15am – Morning session: Introduction & artist panel talk
10:30am – 1pm – Open schedule – students can participate in a series of drop-in workshops plus visit stall holders from various Tertiary Institutions.
1pm – 1:20pm – Live performance in the amphitheatre
1:45pm – 2:30pm – Afternoon session: artist panel talk
2:30pm – 3:30pm – Open schedule – students can participate in a series of drop-in workshops plus visit stall holders from various Tertiary Institutions.
3:30pm – 4:30pm – After school session: ‘Behind the Arts’ – meet with members of the CAC team, engage in a gallery and collection tour, join in free workshops and more!
