Campbelltown Arts Centre and Art Cafe will be closed on the Anzac Day public holidays (25 and 27 April).
Anthea Doropoulos joined Campbelltown Arts Centre as Creative Producer – Performance in June 2019.
Anthea is an accomplished dance producer and arts manager with over 18 years of experience through her role as Artistic Director of DirtyFeet. She has been instrumental in advancing the dance sector by creating platforms for research, residencies, and inclusive dance practices for both emerging and established artists. Anthea has successfully produced critically acclaimed dance and theatre seasons such as 'Explicit Contents', 'The Complication of Lyrebirds', and 'Mirage' in collaboration with Sydney Festival, along with 'bad machine', 'Sweet Mama', and 'The Assembly', 'Pakiboy2', 'High Octane' and 'MSTM'. She has also initiated industry-recognised programs like 'Movement Movement' and One Day for Dance, fostering connections and addressing sector challenges. Anthea is deeply passionate about community engagement and actively collaborates with diverse artists and communities to enrich the cultural landscape.
Anthea holds a Bachelor of Dance from the Victorian College of the Arts, 2004.
